Sir ,Ghar ki individual house ki attached balcony ya terrace (not building terrace) kya FSI mein include karte hai??? Kripaya bataiyega. Redevelopment ek scam ki taraha lagne laga hai. Har jagah redevelopment chal raha hai. Humare dono Ghar redevelopment mein ja rahe hai. Kaise aur kaha rahe ye tension hai. Upar se log phasa rahe hai. Balcony area ka 20%something tender mein include karenge aise bol rahe hai as the other residents don't have it , they won't suffer. But just 4 flats which have it would be at a loss. I mean balcony area cut karke, phir kahenge FSI increase karke denge. Ultimately area Jo hai usse bhi kam, ya utna hi milne ke chances dikh rahe hai hum 4 flats ko. Some people who have 4-5flats Are Least CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING ANY INCREASED AREA. SIR KYA KAREIN. PLZ GUIDE.

For that approved construction plan must be required. The problem was earlier construction but now last 10 years no such issue . But the main problem is that each needs two parking but as actually provision for only must provide

Sirji, Our land area is 919.63 sq.Mtrs. Usable carpet area is 886.67 sq.mtrs. Balance FSI distributed among upper floors members. For there free of FSI gallery. Our maintenance, property tax are same of ground & upper. Their gallery are not assessed by BMC. Can we ground floor members can demand for gallery benefits ?? Rakesh Pandya

Area maharastra ke Raigad जिलेमे एक ग्रामपंचायत गाव मे है जो की आज की तारीख मे एमएमआरडी मुंबई के क्षेत्र में included है. मार्गदर्शन करे कृपया.... प्लॉट area 770 sq meters है ताकी construction एरिया (535+540+545+550+560 per floor multiple 3 floors).

What if builders in badalapoor Maharashtra not giving corpus, no bank security also instead of calculating FSI same to all tenants in redevelopement of only one building with different carpet areas, of flats e.g.450sq feet build up and 615sq feet build up giving same FSI 70sq feet carpet that to 5%Plus or minus, how should one agree. Others 70%has small 400sq feet flats and they all society panel, they are happy with project, for them it is lottery, y others should agree?
