Cool video, but because of HIPAA, it’s illegal to geofence and serve mobile ads to patients at hospitals. This is what our partners had told us.

@@beauburkhalter7335 That's not accurate. You cannot target diagnose specific locations, but general hospitals and medical facilities that do not indicate specific diagnosis is fine

How do these people get these ads on their phone? Do they need an app or something pre-downloaded onto their phone to opt into these ads?

from the 600,000 mobile apps already downloaded on people's phones. That advertising inventory on apps like angry birds, weather channel, fox news, etc... there is advertising space. And the system will programmatically serve ads to the people that was captured in the geofencing audience pool.
