Not that complicated, all it does is nullify every action. Say you punch it, he could just decide no and the punch would have no effect Tl;dr remove the effect, keep the cause

@@BobThePenguin. not exactly. it reverts things to zero. and that is putting it VERY mildly. there is a lot more to the ability. it i not just a simple nullification. like i said. there are PARAGRAPHS on teh wiki explaining how this ability works. for a summary on how it works. it reverts actions and willpower to zero. and in doing so prevents them from becoming real. tl;dr reverts things to zero. it doesnt nullify
