1. Cell's perpetual hate b0ner for Tien is probably the best addition TFS made to Cell's character 2. Can we just point out that , although he's clearly plotting something, King Cold genuenly seems a bit disappointed in how unwilling to change Frieza is.

Probably because in Business (And other things), those who refuse to adapt to changes... well, don't make it. 'Sides, King Cold was a WAAAAY nicer of a boss, even had more respect for the saiyans, as we saw with the Broly movie. Not outright "good", but definitely more of a Pragmatic Evil, not making enemies where he really doesn't need to

To this day i think that means that each of the four great Kai's sectors have their own HFIL. We're always in North Kai's sector so that leaves East, West, and South.
