I've seen this animation, and it's really cool, by the way. But if it were meant to make sense, I think GT Goku would win more easily because the Super Goku forms aren't as strong in the manga, thanks to Toei's handling. Notice: both in the anime and the manga, Goku in his SSJG form is stronger than Vegito. However, in the manga, the power of fusions is more consistent than in the anime. For instance, while in the anime Vegito can fight Buuhan even in his base form, in the manga he immediately transforms into a Super Saiyan because he wouldn’t be able to win without it. This is reinforced on other occasions, like Kefla's fight against Gohan in the manga, as she wouldn’t have been able to defeat Goku either. This discrepancy makes the transformation multipliers in the anime different from those in the manga, and very inconsistent. It leads to situations where a base Kefla > SSJ3 Vegito, which doesn’t make any sense. The SSJG should be 8× the SSJ3, or 3200× the base power. Meanwhile, the SSB should be 2× the SSG because a weakened SSB is weaker than SSG, and SS4 is nearly equal to SSB in power, as shown in Super Dragon Ball Heroes. I know this series isn’t canon, but neither is DBGT, and yet both series are official. This means that officially, SS4 ≈ SSB. Meanwhile, Super Goku in base form (without Beyond God) doesn’t even surpass Namek Freeza in power level, while GT Goku is superior to SSJ3 and Kid Buu. Here’s the multiplier breakdown: SSJ: 50× base power SSJ2: 50 × 2 = 100× SSJ3: 100 × 4 = 400× SSG: 400 × 8 = 3200× SS4: 5000×, stronger than Baby Oozaru SSB: 3200 × 2 = 6400× Base Goku Super (without beyond god) < Namek Frieza Fullpower Base Goku GT >>> Kid Buu
