We use Gsuite in my business. Is there a Google Workplace app for Android? Or do users install all the individual apps (GMail app, Docs app, etc) on their devices. If so, what is the list of recommended apps for Workplace? Thanks

Hi Graham, There are multiple apps that make up Google Workspace. For example, gmail, drive, docs, meet. So yes you are correct. Depends on what apps you use. Drive and gmail are a must.

Hi mate, limited business features and no 24/7 support. If you are looking at G suite (Google Workspace) as an option, I would use Business starter. Legacy basic is not available now.

Hi Stewart! thanks for the tutorial, I have few questions. When setting up google workspace it prompted me to verify my domain. Then instructed me to switch my dns so all my emails from my website would be sent over to gmail. Will this impact my email software mailerlite and also my automated emails when customers order my products? Thanks in advance!

I don't like that Google allows anyone to post negative reviews of my company that can't be removed even when they are fake or harassing/slanderous. Is there an alternate to workspace that I can use that doesn't make me give money to Google? Google products in general are a mess Workspace is probably the worst. The overly convoluted accounting system is a nightmare to navigate, and forget any kind of help, you will never get to speak with a human, just constant knowlagebase links that are mostly outdated.

@@StewartGauld its not so much the apps, theyre ok. Its the accounting environment. For instance, you need a new business account for Workspace which make the entire processes doubly as hard as now you need to completely manage two different accounts, each requiring separate ad accounts and My Business setups. Its a total nightmare to setup from scratch. And you try and cancel an account, unless you know specifically where to go its a frustrating troll through pages and pages of outdated links to a very obscure and well hidden corner of the system. I still have tickets over two weeks old waiting for help on my ad account. Forget it, just use Fastmail and Open Office.
