I didn't see how the A6 v KJ hand went down pre. However I have made some similar flop 3bets as the PFR in SRP v BB from LP. Where I did it was like AQ7 or AK9 where all of BB's value hands that wanna put in more money have bottom pair so when I hold a blocker it skews them way towards bluffs. Obviously KJX is a little different bc you can have all off suit combos of KJ although HU i know KJ does a lot of 3b your hand was 3 handed.

play less but with more focus. record them. watch them after and think about the spots you were unsure or you made mistakes. Do it again. As a starter dont play more than 2 but play everyhand perfectly, never snapbet or autopilot. its the only way to go up in stakes, othwise you just autopilto your way slowly thorugh the micros /low stakes

Early wait for hand it’s still all about stack to blind ratio. In a fast game you tend to be able to wait until 10 bbs instead of the 15-20 you would usually be concerned about. That because in these games your premium hands are more likely to get paid. Plus double double even a moderate stack and now in it for the win.
