I hope one day we will have a governor who will focus on beautifying the streets by installing proper modern walk ways, marking streets properly as well as one who will also work with relevant authorities to eliminat those ugly powerlines. For now let us chil till the term of the current holder comes to a close.

Britam is 100% Kenyan company. It was founded in Kenya in 1965 and has significant Kenyan involvement. Over the years, its ownership includes both Kenyan and foreign investors. Additionally, the management team and employees likely include a mix of Kenyan and foreign individuals. Currently, it is governed by an eleven-person Board of Directors with Kuria Muchiru (Kenyan) serving as the Chairman of the group. The Group operates subsidiaries in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Southern Sudan, Mozambique and Malawi, making it one of the main financial groups in East Africa.

I agree with your remarks that his videos are lame and portray a negative agenda. However, in terms of tallest building, Britam, at 201 meters, is the tallest building in East and Central Africa. The GTC-Office Tower, at 184 meters, is second, and UAP, at 163 meters, is third.

Try getting a proper tour guide to show you around and get a bodaboda to cover more ground. Do some research about the area you will be visiting. E.g on this tour of Upperhill you could have visited some of the embassies in Upperhill e.g the japanese and the British High Commission. I believe even Tanzania high Commision is currently doing something over there. Visit the tallest would be apartment block in Africa currently being constructed in Upperhill. The biggest hospital in Kenya. Get your facts right on the buildings regarding ownership and their length. Also try and cover the whole area coz this was short and poorly done. In future try and visit the following; the southern bypass, ngong road, langata road, red hill, express way etc. Chase excellence and success will follow you pants down.
