I recommend cold showers bruh. May sound crazy but they really help out the skin and hair. We tend to dry our skin out when we take hot baths & showers. They also reduce stress and help you sleep better. Might wanna look up some testimonies on it.

i feel you my brotha. I've had eczema damn near on every part of my body since i was five. my worst battle was in eight grade that started on my stomach and spread through the rest of my body. It took 3+ year for it to completely go away. The thing that helped me the most was changing my diet and eating healthier. I cut out sugar and i hadn't had any issue with eczema for the past couple of year. The times i did eat bad is when the eczema came back. Stay strong my brotha. We're here for you and you will get through this. 💪

Thanks for open about your problems. I know making this video wasn't easy. I have a problem called Tinea Versicolor. It basicly leaves light weight spots on my arms. I got some medicine for it once but I started tasting it in my mouth and said "fuck it." I was told I could use Selsun Blue to get rid of it but I'd have to leave it on my arms all night and the stuff is extremely strong smelling. I also have a jock itch problem. It always shows up when the summer hits, ugh. I thought I had scabies once but it turns out a body wash was causing it. There's always something. Nice video, man.

I’ve been suffering from a chronic itch no rash for over 5 years now. Ive been living on histamine blockers ever since. It mainly affects my extremities (arms and legs). Drying up after shower is literally a nightmare because the itch is magnified even more. I’ve even contemplated suicide a few times. It’s impossible not to scratch and doctors have no clue what’s going on. Thanks for sharing your story man.

Hey when I was 13 I took my shirt off getting changed in school and everyone pointed out the rash I was covered in. Turns out it was stretch marks I am covered in them all up my back ribs and groin. I have used coco butter, bio oil, prengancy creams etc but none of them really get rid of them because you cant without surgery. But eventually I just learnt to take care of my skin the best I can and accept them for what they are. Your situation sounds worse because of the itching but I understand how it can knock your confidence. I hope you find a solution soon.

Ok. I need to know what your weekly diet is like. I used to have the same thing. That was years ago. What I did to stop the break-outs is I created a diet of 80/20. That means I ate 80% healthy and 20% everything else. Here are "some" of the things I eat and don't eat. What I eat: 1. Kale 2. Spinach 3. Bell peppers 4. Mushrooms 5. Red onions 6. Garlick 7. Carrots 8. Green leaf lettuce 9. Avacado 10. Blueberries 11. Blackberries 12. Bananas 13. Mango 14. Green apples 15. Parsley 16. Kamut 17. Raw honey (No market brand. Straight from Bees and some flowers) from specialty store. 18. Cinnamon 19. Cardamom 20. Cayenne pepper 21. Pink himalayan salt 22. Seeded oranges 23. Seeded grapes 24. Peaches 25. Strawberries 26. Cucumber 27. Whole/multi grain wheat bread 28. Brown rice 29. Wild rice 30. Quinoa 31 Almond milk 32. Spring water 33. Carrot juice 34. Superfood juice 35. Very lean chicken breast (very little) 36. Haddock fillet (once in a while) 37. Wheatgrass 38. Cherry Tomatoes 39. Cashews What I don't eat: 1. Soda/cola (will not touch, Acidic and cola has benzene). 2. White rice/bread 3. shellfish 4. Lots of unnatural sugar (still eat some) 5. Lots of meat (maybe a little once a week or two) 6. Orange juice 7. Regular milk 8. Lots of fried food Antioxidants, B12, Vitamin D and Protein are key for letting the body do it's job. Some junk food doesn't hurt as long as the healthy part has a big portion of your weekly diet. To get rid of the problem, go crazy on fresh spinach and other greens. Use very little oil (like grapeseed).
