In normal k-map there should not be redundant group's( i.e.) each new group can be formed only if at least one 1 of the forming group does not belongs to any of the groups But here we form overlapping groups ( redundant group) that they are connected as interlocked chain to avoid hazards

Actually when we make x=0 on second time then the output of first AND gate is 0 and then the 0 goes to NOT gate which makes kt 1 ..when X2 =1 and X3 becomes 1 for 2nd AND gate then it's output is 1 and the input for or gate is 0 and 1 which makes the output 1..this is wrong which your are teaching

Hazards occur due to the delay in the gates. In the example illustrated the input x2 go through a NOT gate, then to AND gate and finally to OR gate, which has a three gate delay. That makes a temporary output 0 because of the delay and then it comes back to the real output 1.
