Bro, I am using Mi box 4K with my Panasonic TV and Sony HT RT 40 Home theater 5.1 and both have HDMI ARC function so i connected ARC cable TV to HT but i didn't get object based sound or Dolby digital and when i plugged toslink optical cable between MI box and HT then i got amazing and loud sound ...Still don't know if it's Dolby audio. So you mean ARC doesn't support object based sound?

Bhai ARC feature use karne k liye first of all home theatre bhi compatible hona chahiye. And if you choose digital to analog converter then it too should also support ARC feature. Direct to ap laga hi nahi sakte untill unless apka sound system compatible for ARc feature. Correct me if I am wrong
