Thanks Courtney, I know God sent your channel to me. I recently was blessed with an opportunity to work in case management as a UR nurse. I’m still in orientation but it’s been a bit challenging understanding the various concepts of the case management space. Your videos have been super helpful. Would love you to do a video on dyad and triad models ( my place of employment is a triad) as well as maybe talk about how one can advance their career in the healthcare management spectrum through case management or other positions.
