Hello, love your CM and UR content! Where can you find training or information regarding Medicare UR for acute care? Can you recommend any books, websites, links to policies or guidelines etc..? I am familiar with CM and UR for health insurance, WC, and Auto but not for Medicare. Thanks in advance.

Hey beautiful. I am in a similar situation . I am 30 years old and I am one year away from finishing my post MSN FNP degree. I realized this is not what I want to do . Lucky that you got your loans forgiven . I am 100k in debt . I started a business here in Atlanta with a plastic surgeon , Botox and fillers and all that and I realized that I want a product based business and not a service based business . I feel like business is the way to go for the life that I want . I make 150k right now as a RN and I’m not looking to take a pay cut to become a NP. So I’m considering an in person part time MBA program. I actually love school but I want it to make sense . People do talk down on MBA and say you don’t need it , I’m not trying to opan a lash boutique. I want to learn about business in a global scale . If you have a business and you don’t have knowledge about logistics , operations , finance , legal then you won’t go very far as a business u less you have the right information and connections. Most big companies won’t hire people at the top without MBAs. Thank you for sharing!
@Iamcourtneynoel27 күн бұрын
Hey Gorgeous!!! I totally understand where you are coming from. I’m almost a year into the MBA program and honestly it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I have grown so much as a person and the way I think about business is different. Pursuing my MBA has forced me to step out of my comfort zone and I’m grateful for it…. As nurses who practice nursing eventually we are going to hit a cap in pay even if we pursue the highest levels of degree. However If we have an understanding of healthcare as a business and tap into that our earning potential is limitless. Sometimes it’s hard to find like minded people so email me if you want to chat or just need that support [email protected]

Hello are u still doing real estate if so would u still consider real estate over nursing?
@IamcourtneynoelАй бұрын
Hi there I still do real estate as an investor not realtor. I currently still work Full time in nursing… Honestly in this market I would say keep nursing and do real estate on the side. if you are a Believer I would definitely say pray before making any sudden moves in this climate… Hope that helps 💕
