Just bought your book James, I have to say brilliant. I'm a 40 something aged male, hugely overweight and about to have beriatric surgery. Not only are your book and these videos an education also hugely inspiring.

Is it better to do something like mini-circuits inbetween each exercise ie: dumbbells-bike-ropes then repeat for a number of sets, or complete all the sets for one exercise then move onto the next? Which would be more beneficial?

Hi James, i am 15 years old and i play blindside flanker for my local club. Due to me not being able to access a gym i have based all of my training around bodyweight exercises (squats, chinups, pushups, sit ups, plank etc), i feel that i have gotten all i can get out of bodyweight training now. Is it time to start using barbells and dumbells as a part of my training? Thank you.

David mentions that he done 4 exercises, so what other exercises could you do with the ones already mentioned? would it be a weight based one or cardio?
