In going to get out of my own way and allow God to use me His way. This was so good. He asked me to start a video podcast and I'm learning that it's not in my power but by the Spirit of the Living God that I will walk into what He's called me to do and be effective in bringing Him the glory!

Fear of man lays a snare. I have been meditating on that word to really understand it in my spirit. A little testimony, God saved me from New Age. I felt I had to be perfect, had to have it all together cause if I didn’t then I wasn’t ‘aligned w the universe’ I had to run to a lot of different rituals to receive peace. When I came to God, I realized TRUE peace. But I also realized I don’t have it all together and that scared me cause I thought Jesus was the answer, the truth that I was seeking. So the fear of man was rising on me. Because in New Age doing a couple rituals and “I was good” until I had to do them again. But here with God, I am not in control and I feared what people would think. Like “you think you found the answer but look at you, you’re still struggling!!??” But God is FAITHFUL. God is GOOD. He has been teaching me that, exactly what you said, it is not about me. Last week I told someone, “don’t worry, I will no longer do that.” The next day NOT EVEN REALIZING, I did exactly what I said I wouldn’t do anymore. God revealed that I don’t have to depend on my self anymore. On my will. Carry all that weight of trying to be in control. Instead, “God give me strength to not fall into temptation.” Thank you for putting in the time to prepare, film and edit. I don’t have many believers around that I can talk with but even if we’re miles away and through a screen, I know God has still given me community to encourage me in my walk so thank you, Lashawnda for sharing 🤍
