There is one main difference. While Abraham and his son accepted god's commandment willingly, the man on the cross was crying "oh god, oh god why have you forsaken me?". He is not willing to die and wants to be saved. Jesus would not have said that. This is one proof that the one on the cross is not Jesus.

Jesus knew and mentioned it multiple times that he would be crucified to his disciples, he is also known by many people present during the crucifixion (both those who loved him and those who hated him knew him), only Jesus could tell the man hanging beside him that "you will be with me in paradise", and finally, the statement you mentioned was a fulfillment of the prophesy in the old testament as mentioned in Psalm 22.

Thank you, brother I often think of the kind of guts it takes to stand up for Jesus Christ for a person who was brought up as a Muslim - a person, if you will, who'll have to stand up against his or her own family, and you've shared some of these painful experiences in your very first presentation. I'm sort of on the opposite pole and then again - there's some odd similarities Christianity here in Northern Protestant Europe is a purely cultural phenomenon; when I came to Christ, and - it took me 20 years! I was regarded as a sort of a lunatic by my family - someone better suited for a mental asylum... My two sons though, knowing full well I'm a trained historian with a rather well defined idea of the basic mechanisms of history, couldn't just write me of as mad (and they also acknowledged, I suppose, it would have been neither very charitable or even sensible - just from a purely economical point of view, to have me locked up when I provided the dough to keep them fed... Their both grown men now, and I'll never stop giving that reasonable defence to them, but - it could take them the next 20 years to come to Christ because our entire civilisation seems hellbent on stopping them... The pre-Islamic pagan Arabs did not worship celestial beings which made them different from some other pagans. The crescent moon and stars are also not symbols of Islam. They are cultural symbols of some countries and that many people like to use as a picture/symbol to represent Islam, like the Star of David.

I'd also like to share some verses to show why the Islamic Allah is NOT the Abrahamic God according to both the Christian and Islamic Scriptures respectively. In Ayah al-Ikhlas 112:3, we are told: "He begets not, and neither is He begotten." Very clearly, the Islamic Allah is shown to be neither the Father nor the Son. But what does the Old Testament, the Gospels and the Epistles (New Testament) have to say about this? John 5:23 "that ALL should honor the Son JUST as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does NOT honor the Father who sent Him." As John 14:6 says, NO ONE comes to the Father except through the Son. Now, since some muslims may claim the gospels are 'unreliable' and the previous prophets such as Moses didn't believe God is Father, let's see what Moses himself calls his people: Deuteronomy 14:1 “You are the CHILDREN of the Lord your God..." Frequently, muslims try to use Deuteronomy 18:18 to say it was prophesying Mohammed yet in this same book we see Prophet Moses believes God is a spiritual Father to His people (unlike with Islam and their prophet which clearly teaches Allah is Father to none). If we look at the Messianic book of Isaiah, it becomes abundantly clear the same message is preached about the True Triune God in the Old Testament. Firstly, we see a very clear prophecy of Jesus Christ our Lord, the SON of God: Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a SON is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty GOD, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Where's the proof Isaiah calls God the Father our Father? Isaiah 64:8 "But now, O LORD, You are our FATHER; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand." We can see that our Lord Jesus Christ's actual words, all of His Apostles and His Prophets all agree and teach us that God is Father and Christ is His coequal, eternally-begotten Son. There are many more verses to prove this but I'd like to finish with this last verse : 1 John 2:22-23 "Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is ANTICHRIST who DENIES the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son DOES NOT have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." So as we can see from just a few of these verses, not only does Judaism and Islam reject the saving gospel and divinity of Christ Jesus our Lord but Islam actually doesn't even BELIEVE in the Abrahamic God. Yet it is widely believed their false antichrist religion is "Abrahamic" even though it came 600 years later and has NO continuity with Christianity. But there is only one Abrahamic faith, let's pray for our unbelieving friends that they repent and come to Jesus. Christ is Risen! Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit unto the ages of ages, amen☦

You claim Jesus is not God according to the Bible but show me one explicit verse where He says "I am NOT God". On the contrary, He calls Himself God in parables, claimed equality with the Father, fulfilled over 300+ OT prophecies about the Messiah, accepted worship and all His disciples and people around Him knew and called Him God/Christ etc. May Christ guide you to Truth, you won't be able to address anything I've said in the comment above simply because your Allah CLEARLY tells us he is nothing like the Triune God of the Bible. Even the Jews at the time tried to stone Him for this because they thought He was blaspheming. Jesus made another statement claiming to be God when He said, “Very truly I tell you, . . . before Abraham was born, I am!" (John 8:58). The Jews, upon hearing Him, clearly understood that He was claiming preexistence and, more than that, to be Yahweh, the great “I AM” of Exodus 3:14. On this occasion, too, they tried to stone Him for blasphemy. Even God the Father referred to Jesus as God: “About the Son he says, ‘Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever’” (Hebrews 1:8, quoting Psalm 45:6). Also, Jesus' apostles and disciples at the time worshipped Him and praised Him as God right at His feet. Jesus did not correct them and instead accepted their worship. If Jesus wasn't God surely He would have rejected their worship and corrected them right? I would be intrigued to hear one verse that claims Jesus isn't God. Jesus loves y'all.
