Agar wo bachelor’s kar raha hai tho, please usko masters bhi wahi karne de, with Australian license, Indian COA license ki koi value nai. He can later take Indian license

License bachelors ke baad 2 uears main milta hai approx, after getting experience. Melbourne university is good for masters, I think he will do good, dont worry.
