What is it like living in Israel as a black woman

The recent deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, Breonna Taylor, and more recently Rayshard Brooks have made headlines and rightly so since they showed the glaring systemic racism that is in the USA and generally in the world. As a black woman running a business in Israel, I couldn't stay silent on the matter. This situation hits home since some of our employees are black and we do operate in a predominantly white society as well.
