What is it? Persistence of Vision Infoglobe!

I had no idea what this was other than an electronic device with a motor. LOOK WHAT IT DOES! I think it's from the early 2000s and was manufactured to connect with a landline telephone to display caller ID. I've found some more documentation on these things since figuring out what it is. I hope you enjoy watching me discover how it works!
