Swastika is a beloved symbol representing peace and prosperity in all Indic Dharmic Religions- Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism(I guess it is so in Sikhism, should verify once). All Indian temples have Swastika FOR SURE. Without Swastika, the temple is incomplete. If I start reading a book, I draw the symbol Swastika first on the front page- it gives me a sense of positivity and encouragement. Because Swastika symbol is also associated with knowledge and wisdom. It is a 100% positive symbol. Hitler really messed it up. It was earlier known as "Hackenkruz". But, Hollywood started using the word Swastika for the Nazi Symbol, thereby popularising the association of word Swastika with evil and destruction.

In Hinduism, there is Purushārtha (objective of men) 1. Dharma (duties) 2. Artha (wealth) 3. Kāma (pleasure) 4. Moksha (liberation) Are the goals to strike for. As you can see Hinduism doesn't necessarily ask you to forsake your possessions. Hinduism has many ideas and you can pick one you like the best. It's kinda like shopping at a supermarket.

20:18 The symbol that nazi used was not a swastik... It's HAKENKREUZ... it was inspired by the greek gamedeon used by ancient greek christians... Hitler was a protestant christian.

Jabys thoughts upon consumerism was so ultra modern and very new. If we put ethics to way of life it's essential to achieve that form. Interdependence of life has to be understood. Animals are loved and not even separated from their parents. No saddle no leash. Imagine a world like that

I think the problem is not with progression but with hoarding of resources and capital just for oneself. There is Amazon(/etc) and you also have Tata, we need more Tata(s) now.

Yk the constitution of India says anyone who prophesizes Indic beliefs ie.Sanatan,Jain,Sikh,Buddh is called a Hindu. I'm a Jain btw and broadly classify myself as Hindu also. A lot of Jains pray to Sanatani gods like Hanumanji, Ganeshji, Ramji etc

Albert eistein while understsanding form of light, incorporated both the ideas, Newton's idea( that light is a vibration/wave) and other scientist's idea(that light is a matter) and concluded light has a dulaistic form. Other scientist's name was Maxwell, I think but I am not sure( shayadwaad, another idea of jainism)

See it doesn't matter if you follow sikhism, hinduism, jainism and buddhism, because they four's main purpose is to achieve moksha..... But today some people who don't like these 4 religions are trying to break it..... The unity in these religions will lead the world to a good and better path .... You don't need to leave your religion... you can follow these religions .... they all taught us about how to live our life peacefully and how to attain moksha

I'm not a devout Jain per se, but I'm amazed as to what the monks possess, i mean they don't bathe but they do not smell, nor they brush, still their teeth are good and their mouth doesn't smell bad when they speak. I wonder wtf is up with that? Also well i do follow the major principles, I've never eaten non veg, eggs, potato, onions, garlic because it just makes my mom happy that I follow the faith😂

I am a Jain and it's not at all a strict religion. It's just upto you how you follow. Hinduism, Sikhism, Jainism and Buddhism all religions are identity of India and all promote freedom and co-existence. We are not Muslims or Christians to unnecessarily be strict on people following our religion and brainwashing them.

Jaby, you said you don't understand spiritualism that much but you are generous to people, kind and truthful mostly. so, even if you follow just these small small things, you already are halfway very spiritual.

whatever things comes to us we should enjoy but we should not get very dissapointed when these thing go away, we should embrase everythingbut we should not get that much attached to things that when it goes away it hurts us. Thats why we should understand Dharma and its role that plays in our day to day life.

It is said that a Jain extremist is only harmful to himself and not others. The most non-violent religion. Also, few people think Jains are backward or cheap - so a stat for them. Jains have the highest literacy rate in India of over 92% with even female literacy at 90%. They also pay around 24% of the total income tax in India when their population is only 0.6% of total population.
