I experienced. It happened few month after I met my twin. I felt pain in my feet and legs for three days. It was like an electricity. Also I remember that I had pain around my solar plexus for about a week and couldn't run. It was difficult to breathe because of sharp pain. I was worried about my health seriously but I was feeling ok so it was very strange. So I researched about it and realized that these were the symptoms of kundalini awakening. Thank you🙏

Yes! A few months into separation I experienced sharp pain in my solar plexus and I felt major bloating even like a blockage coming to a head. Something within me/above me told me it was spiritual and not to worry- it would pass; it did so in a few days. Then the heart chakra pain started - that lasted for months. It’s wild that I experienced it first, intuitively knew how to handle it, then had it affirmed later.

Mine happened before I began meditating with any consistency. I messaged my TF after several months of no contact. Less than 2 hours after sending the message my third eye opened and my body jolted like I was defibrillated. It was such a surreal experience.
