if seller and buyer are in the same country A and seller is getting goods from its sister concern from third country B, Seller is quoting DDP then how do seller impose payment through LC and even if buyer agrees then how can we seller have control on negotiable documents; can seller make B/L , packing list and commercial invoice as negotiable documents. one inherent problem is that obligation of contract is to deliver DDP ,LC doesn’t bring any assurance( infact both are not compatible) lets say our client agreed for issuing LC, then what could be negotiable documents. pl advise
