I personally like the remix they did during the Logic boss fight, it was a nice throwback that didn’t feel forced.

For the time travel stuff I've been thinking about it a lot and think I have a decent answer In the mahavre book (and new god dialouge) they mention that the city of the gods is almost a different realm, where the sun isnt warming and time is distorted. We can also see this through the throne of ascension, where you literally bridge a gap in reality to enter the green hue. Basically, the whole area around the city is governed by the logic of the old gods. The cube is likely a tool created by new gods or otherwise worshipers of the old gods way long ago (considering how the pillars are laid out in the city). The cube itself shows a way to tap into manipulating a part of reality. This is likely why in the second game, the bremen empire is mass producing cubes to try to replicate a part of this power, succeding in logic. (there is a cube in her chest in the cutscene) The cube itself, ingrained with the god of the depths is likely because of his abilty to alter space/time. He can shift the dungeons at will and completely distort the sense of time of anyone under his effect (see buckman in funger 1). It would make sense he can distort time also. The cubes effect also doesnt work the second you leave mahabre, further enforcing it only works in the gods domain, this is also partly the reason I fully belive the city itself was made by the gods. Admittedly I dont excactly know what the cube does regarding logic in the second game, but It appears to allow the mass collective conscience with an artificial green hue, the birthplace of the old gods. I have no idea how they emulated the cubes power, further more the cube in the second game isnt a cube of the depths, but it is almost like vinushka symbol with an x across it, maybe symbolizing logic as an antithesis to nature, as more industralization? It is also worthy to note that logic has a distinct symbol aside from this aswell, so take that as you will. To sum up the cubes seem to be able to hold parts of the old gods powers, and doing that allowed humans to use the god of the depths abilities to distort time, and use an artificial cube to invoke the birth of logic too. Regardless of all that good video, probably my favourite lore person

the theme in the past is quite relaxing tbh. I just chill there and it feels safe. Helps that the location is bright and there's not hostile guys there

The one question about the City in the present is how did Jeanne and Ser Seril end up INSIDE the city if they did not have the Cube of the Depth to even access the city?

Would you make a video about the golden throne in Ma'habre and how it works? Or the fact that ragnvaldr took the cube of the deep and the golden throne in the present seems to have been destroyed by an organ of the god of the deep, and if the god of the deep appeared recently in the year 1590 and that triggered the madness in the dungeons of fear and hunger?

Here’s one thing to question, would there be multiple versions of a new god? What I mean is if someone has a tormented soul would they have to catalog that specific version of the tormented one. “So the current tormented is Ron Canbara?” “No he was around during the fellowship, the current one is Dimitri knoxfort.”

The gods and new gods also don't kind of follow the rules and laws of time-space just like the gods and warp in Warhammer 40K or universe so you'd 5:55 Other than that, how do you think it was when the old gods build Ma'Habre? Was it a happy place? Like the warp? Scary place? 1:12

The funniest part about Ma'habre is how everyone says it differently. My favorite pronounciation would have to be saying it like "Macabre," so Muh-Hob. No idea what it's intended to be
