The Sunni cult was created by Sunni Caliph Muaweeya Laeen to make a division in Muslims.'' When will Sunni realize that they are following the Sunnah of Sunni Caliph Muaweeya NOT prophet Muhammad? Most Sunnis are ignorant about Islam. They do not know who, when and why somebody named them Sunni Muslims instead of Muslims. It is easy to manipulate an ignorant. Daesh is manipulating ignorant Sunni to join them. Syrian and Iraqi Sunni invited them as their Sunni brothers to help them. They named themselves ISIS (Daesh) in Syria. Now Daesh is beheading the Sunnis too.'' I came across the following information about the origin of the Sunni name. I asked 100's of Sunni scholars but nobody knew the origin of the Sunni name then I researched myself from Sunni books and found the following reason. 1- Umer bin Khattab appointed a small council from his death bed to appoint his successor with the condition that his successor has to follow the Sunnah of his predecessors (AbuBaker and Umer) and if the nominee does not accept this condition his head should be cut off. The council offered Khilafat to Ali with this condition but Ali (as) said. ““I shall act according to the Book of God, and the Sunnah of His Apostle. As for following the precedents of Abu Bakr and Umar, I have a judgment of my own, and I am going to use it.” The council did not cut his head. Uthman accepted that condition and became Khalifa. After the death of Uthman, Ali became Khalifa and Muaweeya became against him. Muaweeya needed something against Ali so he told his followers that Ali rejects the Sunnah of AbuBaker and Umer but Muaweeya accepts the Sunnah of AbuBaker and Umer. Muaweeya called his followers AHLE-SUNNAH. There were no newspapers, TV, Radio, good transportation at that time. Ruler’s orders were the only news. If anybody was against the ruler, they used to cut his head off. Many people joined Muaweeya and were known as Ahle-Sunnah. Muaweeya fought with Ali and made a fraudulent treaty with Ali. Muaweeya realized that he could not fool Muslims forever. He added WA JAMAIT to show unity among all Muslims. Ahle-Sunnah wal Jamait became the religion of rulers. It fitted well for them. Every ruler after Muweeya protected this Ahle-Sunnah wal Jamait because it accepted them, Khalifa. THIS IS ALL IN SUNNI BOOKS. The Ottoman empire started as SULTAN, not Khalifa but then they realized the political benefits of Ahle-Sunnah Wal Jamait. They became Ahle-Sunnah wal Jamait and declared themselves KHALIFA. This is the origin of Ahle-sunnah wal Jamait (SUNNI). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------QURAN: 37:83"And most surely Abraham was among the Shi’a of him (Noah)” QURAN:28:15 And he (Moses) went into the city at a time when people (of the city) were not watching, so he found therein two men fighting, one being of his Shi’a and the other being his enemy, and the one who was of his Shi’a cried out to him for help against the one who was his enemy” '' QURAN: 22:78] And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive, (with sincerity and under discipline). He has chosen you, and has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; it is the faith of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you MUSLIMS, both before and in this (Revelation); that the Messenger may be a witness for you, and ye be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer, give regular Charity, and hold fast to Allah! He is your Protector - the Best to protect and the Best to help! QURAN: 3:68] Without a doubt, among men, the nearest of kin to Abraham, are those who follow him, as are also this Prophet and those who believe: And Allah is the Protector of those who have faith. QURAN: 3:95] Say: "Allah speaketh the Truth: follow the religion of Abraham, the sane in faith; he was not of the Pagans." The Messenger of Allah said to ‘Ali: "Glad tiding O ‘Ali! Verily you and your companions and your Shi’a (followers) will be in Paradise." íÇ Úáí ÃÈÔÑ ÝÅäß æ ÃÕÍÇÈß æ ÔíÚÊß Ýí ÇáÌäøóÉ Sunni references: 1. Fadha’il al-Sahaba, by Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, v2, p655 2. '[ This phrase is not something invented later! Prophet Muhammad (S) said that the TRUE followers of Imam ‘Ali will go to Paradise, and this is a great felicity. Also, Jabir Ibn Abdillah al-Ansari narrated that: The Messenger of Allah (S) said: "The Shi’a of ‘Ali are the real victorious in the day of resurrection/rising" ÔíÚÉ Úáí åã ÇáÝÇÆÒæä íæã ÇáÞíÇãÉ Sunni references: • al-Manaqib Ahmad, as mentioned in: • Yanabi al-Mawaddah, by al-Qundoozi al-Hanafi, p62 • Tafsir al-Durr al-Manthoor, by al-Hafidh Jalaluddin al-Suyuti, who quotes the tradition as follows: "We were with the Holy Prophet when ‘Ali came towards us. The Holy Prophet said: He and his Shi’a will acquire salvation on the day of judgment." The "day of rising”may also refer to the day of rising of al-Mahdi (as). But in the more general term, it means the day of judgment. Also, it is narrated that: The Messenger of Allah said: "O ‘Ali! On the Day of Judgment, I shall resort to Allah and you will resort to me and your children will resort to you and the Shi’a will resort to them. Then you will see where they carry us. (i.e. to Paradise)" Sunni reference: Rabi al-Abrar, by al-Zamakhshari Furthermore, it is narrated that: The Messenger of Allah said: "O ‘Ali! (On the day of Judgment) you and your Shi’a will come toward Allah well-pleased and well-pleasing, and your enemies will come angry with their head forced up. ‘Ali said: "Who are my enemies?”The Prophet (S) replied: "He who disassociates himself from you and curses you. The lecture is a uniting factor yet brothers and sisters in the comment section throw harsh words at each other, 'Wahabi" and "Sufi". If you don't respect the speaker then don't watch his lectures or just take the beneficial content and ignore the rest. I myself I'm not Sufi neither Wahabi. I don't know where these titles came from. Branding each other like the non-believers. We are one. Islam is one and that is in the Quran and Sunnah. Let Allah be the judge and judge us in the hereafter. To make the matter worse these people arguing in the comment section are not scholars. They are just a bunch of wannabees. Do yourself a favor and go learn Proper Islamic knowledge not trolling in the comment section like a bunch of fools. You are better than that. May Allah guide us and show us the clear path. A man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. So, 'Umar said, 'In my opinion I would better collect these (people) under the leadership of one Qari (Reciter) (i.e. let them pray in congregation!)'. So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubai bin Ka'b. Then on another night I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, 'Umar remarked, 'What an Excellent Bid'ah (i.e. innovation in religion) this is; but the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time is better than the one they are offering.' He meant the prayer in the last part of the night. (In those days) people used to pray in the early part of the night." وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ۚ آل عمران 103 This is PhD thesis "if you go back to the transmitters of Quran, it's the same source" It's a miracle no councils, board, majestarion and still it's the one tradition despite number of schools of thoughts. Islam is the perfection of all the previous religions, for all the human kind and for the rest of the times so it has oceanic vastness, diverse, flexible and offering options and not imposing absoluteness referring to the part what's called Fiq فقه. High caliber, broad spectrum thoughts, immensely authentic and strength of conviction are of the commendable qualities the scholars had during the times of preservation of interpretation of Quran and Hadith in books. May Allah be pleased with their souls and bless them the highest ranks in Jannah. Amen.

@S Mavi Please be careful what you say. Whatever came after Imam Jafar As Sadiq (ra), he was a teacher and a friend of Imam Abu Hanifa & Imam Malik Ibn Anas. Learn within the tradition of Sunni Islam, Alhamdulillah, but don't make sweeping statements about these blessed and revered people. Remember that Imam Jafar (ra) was the grandson of the Rasulullah (saw), Ali, Sayyidah Fatimah and AbuBakr AsSadiq. What lineage!

The narrators only narrates. The mufassirin or the exegesis will elaborate about the ayah according to the hadith. In Islam, it's not an easy task but all of the issues already finalised. It's up to us to choose which "dalil" or explainations we want to take. The traditionalists or the salafi wahhabis form.

Dear brothers and sisters. shia or al shia {الشیع} in Arabic means follower, those who sided or follow somebody. E.g. Buddhist will be Shia of Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama Shakyamuni), we Muslims are shia of Muhammad (SAW) and Christians are Shia of Jesus ((Isa/Yeshua)AS). So when you are have option-question: Are you Shia of Ali or Shia of Muhammad, say you are follower of Muhammad (SAW). Even Ali (RA, QS) is Shia of Muhammad. With respect, wonderful speaker, this shaikh is. But an alternative story exists. It is narrated by the oldest islamic law school. Ibadhia is their name. Mainly in Oman and Algeria, they claim the main reason why these four schools were chosen was because of the Sultans. If a leader of an area backed a certain school, or tariqa, then that school and that tariqa dominated. Ottomans backed Hanifi and Naqshabandi; Sokoto Caliphate, backed Maliki and Qadariyya; and so on. If this is incorrect, please correct me. Thanks.

Jack Brown You could be right, I don’t know. However, in one of shaykh Hamza Yusuf’s lectures he mentioned that a great scholar saw the Prophet ﷺ in his dream. He asked about the 4 madhabs and whether there should be more/less. The Prophet ﷺ said that an animal walks on four legs and doesn’t need more legs. Therefore these are the four accepted madhabs. These are not literal quotes but it was something like this. Maybe someone else can tell us more about this.

This may be a modern observation from Ibadhis and other scholars but I don't think this is from any original text or commentary from that era. This is because the Ibadhi branch is believed to have started within 100 years of the Prophet Muhammed (saw) and even predates the formal establishment of Sunni and Shi'ite schools. Thus any insight on the 4 schools on this topic may be more anecdotal, rather than based on any foundational principles within their fiqh or understanding of religion.

One which will continue even till the time of Mahdi and Eisa 3lyhimu Salaat.wa.Salaam before the arrival of Jesus Christ 3lyhisSalaam with the 30th Mansak for the last NafHa in sha Allah...this is so what our master the Saaleh el.Mumineen the Aaakhir Waki Aalim and Zaakir, Ustath Syyed Haji Kunta Qddas Allah sirreh alazeez has related to the Muslim Ummah. Why do they not say Allah (Azzawajal) or Rab or one of his Assmaul Husna that are mentioned in Koran. No, No, No, God is not an English word for Allah (Azzawajal). God has different meaning than Allah (Azzawajal). God means three in one and one in three, Allah (Azzawajal) is ONE and ONLY ONE. God has a Son, Allah (Azzawajal) is free of having a Son or any associate and partner. Allah (Azzawajal) is addressed by the names "Parwardegar," or "Kooda," in Farsi and in Urdu language. Parwardegar and Kooda means exactly the same as Allah. Parwardeqar is Allah but God is not. When a Christian says "God Bless You," they mean the blessing coming from "Jesus," the son part of the the God. When a Christian hears the word "God" coming from a Muslim they assume that the Muslim is talking about their God. When a Christian hears the name "Allah," they do not consider it as their God despite of most of the similarities in the attributes that are associated to God. When you say to a Christian that God is the creator of the Universe and and the ruler of all the affairs in it, they agree. When you say to a Christian that God is the Lord of Abraham, Moses and Jesus, they agree. They also agree when you say "God is One." This is because to them "three is one." However, to a Christian, Allah is not God despite most of the sharing attributes that Allah has with their God. In other words, to a Christian "Allah" is not the creator, the sustainer and the ruler of the Universe, but their God is. Now a days, the period of turmoil, there are many manipulators who claim to be Scholars. They give false Fatwas mostly for their worldly interest. They bent to any direction that the wind blows in order to get a free ride from it. Do not say Buttel in order to please the other side. Declare "Haq" no matter what. Allah is not God and God is not Allah. Allah (Azzawajal) is one and he is unique. Allah (azzawajal) is not three. Allah (Azzawajal) does not have a Son. God is not unique. God is three and God has a Son. Fear Allah, Fear your Rab and do not call him by a different name that has a different meaning.

Shiaism is a mixture of different religions, mainly shaped by ancient religions of Iran manichaeism, zoroastrians, mazdeism, yazidi and influenced by buddhism, judaism, christianity. Fundamentally Islam stands out with the notions of "servitude"and "good deeds", while Shiaism is based on the concepts such as beatification and holy men (like Sadhus in India) demonstrated in practices like "Ayetollah", "Velayet-i Fakih", "Imamet", "the lost Imam" etc. For example Ayetollahs (the sign of God) are considered manifestations of God on earth (similar to how christians believe Jesus is an embodiment of God). Ancient religions of Mesopotamia had a belief that something holy would always show itself in the form of a human and would have a higher understanding of reality which ordinary people cannot grasp (mazhariyet theology). Such pantheistic beliefs have spread into the Shia cult forming into "Velayet-i Fakih" which is also referred to as the "papcy doctrine of Iran". Mainly implemented by Khomeini, this belief states that only high ranking Ayetollahs can comprehend the truth, can perceive the world accurately and can truly understand the esoteric purposes of religious rules. By doing so Ayetollahs are able to cover up and justify all their decisions with a "divine meaning". Belief in reincarnation has also influenced the Shia cult through Hinduism, and also adopted from ancient Egyptian and Assyrian religions which are also strongly associated with Jewish Kabbalah. Reincarnation in Shiaism is called "Rij'at". It is believed that "the lost imam", the 12 imams and some other Shia saints will reincarnate at a time when evil is at its peak in the world. Reincarnation is very apparent in the Alawites (Nusayri) a branch of Shia in Syria Superstitious as it is, they believe the reincarnated "lost imam" will bring back to life Abu Bakr and Omar (first Caliphs of Islam) and have them executed :) Notable perversions in Shiaism include a practice called "Mutah" (temporary marriage contract for money) where they literally cover up prostitution under a religious mask. This practice has been derived from the Mazdek faith in which people are expected to share their women and wealth (Mazdeism is considered the sociological ancestor of Communism). Many Ayetollahs in Iran and Iraq have issued fatwas (rulings) stating that "women should not refrain to support pilgrims and Shia militia by offering their bodies to satisfy the sexual needs of fellow Shia men". This perverted practice is in unity considered haram (forbidden) by the Islamic world, and would so by any moral human being. The trinity concept found in christianity and hinduism can also be observed in Shiaism, especially featured by Shias in Syria and Lebanon (Nusayris & Fatimids.) Trinity in Shiaism is a direct manifestation of Yarsanism which was practiced in Mesopotamia not so long ago. In the Yarsani tradition, the world is governed by three diety brothers (masters of the sun). Hence you see in some Shia branches "Allah-Mohammed-Ali" trinity faith, actually many Shia attribute Ali to be God. Cursing is also commonly practiced by Shias as their ancient religon zoroastrianism's dualism concept is based on "blessing the good and cursing the evil". However in traditional Islam "cursing" is refrained from and evil should be avoided rather than cursed. Along with all of the above many similarities can be found between Judaism and Shia practices and beliefs. The main one is they have both distorted a monotheistic religion. Shia believe it's Halal to kill a Sunni Muslim, just like Jews believe it's OK to kill the Goyim. If you research you can find many more.

Al Azd I you can track Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab’s teachers and their teachers back to the companions. Yusuf’s teachers go back to grave worshippers. Look I could destroy this “wahhabi” myth all day, just learn your religion from the correct sources. The companions vs grave worshiping deviants AFTER the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, which one you gonna choose? Allah and His Messenger have made the straight path clear.

Al Azd I I’m just gonna look past your slanders. 1. Not a scholar by any stretch, but ALL of my statements are based on the statements of the scholars إن شاء الله 2. This Wahhabi thing (150 years old)- I can tell you never opened a single book to gather your “evidence”. In his books his teachings are repeated from Ibn Al Qayyim and Ibn Taymiyyah (stop here...150 year old da’wah myth finished, no need to name more). These Imaams who died in the 700s after the Hijrah were Wahhabi also? Logical fallacy 3. We are takfiris?- how? Our scholars going back to Ibn Abbas refute terrorists the likes of ISIS, hamas, etc. whole books, articles, websites on them that our scholars and their students have done.
