I'm experiencing headache and some sort of dry eyes specially whenever I have work and staying in front of my computer all day then everyone keeps saying that I should get an eyeglasses but since we are wearing a face shield whenever we are going out as it was required by our local government, wearing a face shield really makes my eye worse and causes strain near the nose area and above the ear because of using it for a long period of time, and I'm having a headache over and over again. Glad I found your video. Very informative.
