Not rolling access out to paid, long time users first is a MASSIVE fail on Memrise's part. I've gone from happy with the app/service and excited about this new feature to ticked off and frustrated having been wasting my time trying to figure out how to access this feature for the past half an hour.

Hi @_GrayBear_, we are working on transferring all long time users over to 'Early Access' as a top priority. Appreciate your patience and can understand it's frustrating. Hey @_GrayBear, you should now see an option to toggle to 'Early Access' under your Profile Settings - this will allow you to access the MemBot.

I joined Pro in 2016 and do not have access to this feature. I went on the forums and from what I read, the "legacy" users like me are using an interface that does not yet have MemBot. It sounds like they are working on the problem but I didn't see any projected date for when it will be resolved. If you're not tied to your history, I supposed you could create a new account and get the new version that way.

Hey! This is correct. We are in the process of transferring all legacy users over to 'Early Access' to ensure everyone can use MemBot. We don't have a projected date to give but can ensure you it's a top priority. You are also right in saying that you can create a new account to access these new features. Thanks for your patience 🙏

Maybe this works for English and Spanish, but the more you go down the list of less widely spoken languages, the worse this feature gets. The problem is the AI is so emphatic when presenting this information you have no idea if it’s right or not.

I really hate this feature. And stopped to use app. It doesn't work. And it’s not clear how to make it work. You press the microphone and nothing happens. Powerful demotivation. We didn't provide any examples of use. And once upon a time it was a great application for the iPhone. And no option for exclude membot-beta. Not good.

The link is to a page that does not have a “Communicate” tab. That’s a pretty major fail.

​@@memrise If I didn't look at this comment I would think this isn't working. There seems to be just this video about it. Why don't you create a short 5-minutes video showing the chat in different scenarios and languages. In the description you could write that it's just for new account for now
