Thank you. I assume you are referring to Level 0 (the project completion milestone) and levels 1, 2, 3... I am unaware of universal definitions, but I'd use these to refer to successively less significant milestones. And I would expect them to match up to the task or product completions in the levels of your Work Breakdown Structure What is a Work Breakdown Structure? Check out the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5yyY3-cZst7o68 A milestone doesn't have a timeline. But a timeline has milestones on it. It's a graphical representation of the project duration as a line from start to finish, with milestones marked at points along the line, according to their timing.
