He is telling about his salary and job, its fine. But i will tell a story of many such people how they are suffering. Everywhere there is politics in MNC and small companies. In MNC there is fixed working time, hardly more than that, salary ok to god or best. But medium and small companies they consume your time, and life. They put more pressure even Saturday to work, after that also they push work to complete at your home. Their main aim to consume your time and your personal life also. If you try to follow words of Abdul Kalam (i.e. always leave your office on time), then your company must make any problem to you like harassment. They can block/cut your salary with any reason, they unnecessarily try to find out ur fault so that they can win and you may loose your job. The fact what a employee face he does not speak outside openly, because companies threaten innocent employees not to disclose outside. This is their Business. If you put your real bad experience of that company in glass-door, google map, etc review website, the company must threaten you like as you have lost or theft their company data and they lodge FIR, this is the easy way they follow to threaten if you are not guilty though.

In tier1 colleges (top IITs/NITs), as I am right now, I can say PB companies like (google,microsoft,amazon,goldman sachs,uber) all pays near and above 30-40 LPA. Yes you read it right, there is no extra zero.
