It might be the NCB recovery charges that the new owner has to pay while transferring policy on his name. 1 NCB can't remain in the old car policy and your new vehicle simultaneously.

Namaste sir jii, Yr 2016 means 7 yrs se me bike use kar raha hoo. Aur ab tak maine koi claim nahi kiya hai. Par NCB slab ki awareness nahi hone se ab tak maine koi bhi NCB discount nahi liya. Means past ki sabhi policies me 0% NCB mention hai. In this case, maine company se een 7 years me ab tak company se koi bhi claim nahi liya to kya me abhi policy renewal ke time NCB 50℅ ke liye select kar sakata hoo kya...pls guide🙏

Ty sir, aapake is video ne humari NCB concept clear kar dii. Actually insurance companies ke pas history rahati hai na to wo check bhi karawa sakate hai ki pichale 5 saalo me koi bhi claim nahi kiya hai to direct abhi 50 % NCB ke liye allow karana chahiye...But company wale nahi manate...Finally mera claim reject kiya sir jii....Simply is NCB ke jhanjat me nahi padana chahiye....Par ye third party apps customers ko victim bana dete hai...I'm one of those...Kaash aapaka ye video maine Insurance renewal ke pehle dekha hota...🙏

NCB 3rd party mein nahi hota Bhai. Ye sirf 1st Party Policy mein hi milta hai. Insurance ka to kuch nahi karna sir nayi gadi lene k liye.

My car is sold so I asked the insurance company (Acko) to issue NCB certificate which is 50%. The customer care representative told me that I'll have to pay the NCB amount mentioned in the policy to get the NCB bonus. Is this correct?

If You Terminate the policy as you have sold it. You don't have to pay any amount. But if policy is continue , NCB can't be redeemed.

Sir NCB always remains with the owner who earned it. New Owner cannot get the NCB. He has to earn it from start.

Sir, maine ak thind hand gari kharida..maine online me insurance kharida jisme NCB 50% autometic input ho gaya..ab job mera car Accident ho gaya insurance company bina dekh kar mere car ko workshop me le jane bola our 47000/- bill ho gaya..ab muje bol raha hay k mere NCB galat hay to muje kohi claim nehi milega..e to mujhko payle bolna chayiye but service hone ke bad bol raha hay k muje pura payment korna chaiye..ab may kaya karu..kaise claim milega thora sa help ki jiye.. Sir NCB zero mention kar k apko policy lena tha. Ab company to claim mna karegi but aap surveyor ko bol sakte ho ki NCB ka amount le kar claim approve kar dein. But mushkil hai.

@@joyma4368 Sir it's not your fault at all but it's lack of awareness about Insurance. As we don't deal with it on a daily basis. Company rejected the claim on the basis of the wrong declaration of NCB. But don't worry you can raise this dispute and file a complaint with IRDA here bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in/RegComplaint/RegisterComplaint
