It's amazing my extra virgin olive oil journey is beginning to resemble journey with wine in terms of the regions they're from etc both of these products are good for your health when used in moderation too much EVO might clog your arteries same thing with fish oil I limit myself to no more than 4 tablespoons of EVO a day sometimes a little more sometimes a little less
