Thank you God for leading me to this video. I've been struggling with many of these symptoms since I was 40. I'm 45 now and it's getting harder, it feels like overnight I lost my ambition, energy, stamina, feeling like I'm depressed, but I know I am not in a bad place but I just want to cry. I pray these symptoms will all go away soon.

I’m sitting here literally crying from relief and knowing it’s normal. Her description in the beginning is exactly where I’ve been for a few months. Ran every lab test, quit drinking alcohol altogether, practicing good sleep hygiene, good self care and STILL cannot get off the couch. I’ve even gotten tested for Covid twice. I keep asking myself, “What the HELL is going on with ME?” THANK YOU FOR THIS 🙏

It's so frustrating that this is so common for so many women. We need to start talking more openly about something that will happen to all us women! there is no shame. I felt great relief as well after talking with Amanda. We will have another video interview on menopause coming up soon with Dr. Rachael Van Pelt.

OMG! We have almost the same story! I suffered for years before I got the correct diagnoses. I was wrongly diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on Levothyroxine and became extremely sick on top of all the perimenopasue symptoms! I thought I was going to die. I just got the diagnoses perimenopause this year and am now trying to fix the damage done by the thyroid medicine. Thank you for sharing your story. Only to find out my bladder wasn't even half full! I used to have excellent bladder control before, even throughout my five pregnancies. 😥 Anyhoo thanks for this interview. This too, shall pass.

I love this video. I am 53 going on 54 and feel like I am going crazy. I was diagnosed later in life 47 going on 48 with Ulcerative Colitis and had a real hard time getting it under control. I heard inflammation is effected from Estrogen? I now have had a diagnosis of AFIB because I was getting palpitations, but I found it with this perimenopause happening. I already had anxiety for 10 years prior. Also some depression. I get a hot flash here and there. I was always an athlete and worked out constantly until my UC diagnosis because I could not go to a gym without worrying about my bowel problems. I always did strength training and loved it. I can't do HRT as I am on blood thinners due to a DVT blood clot from my UC being hospitalized. I am a catch 22 with medications. My worst symptom is getting thsi AFIB 1% of the time and I know it feels hormonal, but cardiologists don't relate it. I have no family history of heart issues. I'm hoping that this phase does not last long. I am going to get this book Menopocalypse

Thank you so much I am 36 years old am I had my tubes tied at 29 an a few years ago I started having anxiety that I had never had before. Then my skin started itching all over. Then it went from severe anxiety to increased allergies. I have never had allergies in my life. Then I started getting really dizzy an also lots of pain in my ears to loosing my balance. I have seen so many doctors all test come back normal. I have felt completely insane and my life has been severely altered by all these symptoms. I also cannot sleep at night an the times I have sleep I have woke up in a pool of sweat

What increases bone density very quickly in patients we have w osteopenia / osteoporosis to the point we don’t have to administer shots like Boniva etc. Weight bearing exercises that involve the hip joints. Even a slight squat or sumo-squat w weight applied above the hip joint. ( so that the patient / client weighs “Alice + this additional weight ). The body notices the extra load and under consistent training and loading of the hip joint , we have had very good results. Also bending the knees obviously as squat should imply but the hip seems to be the trigger. So if the patient does military over the head presses. As long as they have their knees bent and their hips have to take that extra weight in the end , it still works. Even tho the shoulders are getting hit as the primary.

Having just watched your video,it makes me question do Dr's really know what's going on,life was good in sunny South Africa for awhile, then after 50 my life started to change, I started with the sweat's it would just creep up where your arms legs and face would suddenly be swamped, I would have to run out of my workplace and stand outside just about stripping to cool down in the middle of winter,we don't get snow but we do get bitterly cold winters, then down hill from there, extreme dizziness, panic attacks , stress, tears, going to ENT specialist, Dr's emergency trips to the hospital, high blood pressure, medication that made you feel worse, not once was it put down to menopause? I now live in the UK having to leave SA due to unfortunate circumstances, I pleaded with the Dr to please put me on hrt as I could not go for interviews wiping the waterfall's of my face,he reluctantly did so as I was so stressed and about to have a nervous breakdown.im still on them at 64,but it did help me dramatically, I will stop them soon, unfortunately I still have to pee every half hour, and you don't argue with the bladder, what was God thinking when he made woman?😁

Menopause is for the rest of a woman’s life, not just up to 10 years. It starts when she no longer has any cycles (whether medically/surgically/chemically induced or natural) and ends upon her last breath. The “5-10 years” is a very mis-informed mis-communication based on the “estrogen window” - the time a woman has to start taking estrogen which will provide the most health benefits. Listen to Dr. Barbara Taylor (a.k.a Menopause Taylor she’s an ob-gyn specialized in women’s health and also Barbara Hoffman, Dr. Heather Hirsh, My Menopause Doctor U.K., Menopause Society and more!).

Hi girls thank so much for this video, this is the ☝️ video that should be allover the social media. You guys are beautiful . You could not invite a better person to talk on your video, she is so knowledgable 🤩 , I went to the doctor this afternoon to talk about how am feeling, but she didn’t explain much. She did agree with the possibility of me going into the perimenoposal and asked me to do a blood test to see if can be detected!! I know my body, I am feeling rather different in many ways.
