According to Explanation if the 3rd phase is missing then the Auxiliary voltage still present if I m right? Then nothing happen According to explanation becoz there is no connection between 3rd phase and coil?

what will happen if the Neutral and one Phase get reversed. suppose by accidently L3 got replaced by Neutral son in place of Neutral it will be L3 and vise versa, then will the Phase Failure detect..? and trip the circuit,,?
