I think learning Pseudo Code is more important than learning any programming language. Because in the near future. You can convert any code to another language so understanding 1st principals and concepts are the key to get the job done.

Yes, but you can learn the fundamentals with any language. You can also convert Java or Python code to pseudocode. Whatever you feel more comfortable with. I don't really like the lack of clear rules that comes with pseudocode.
