It’s brutal, not bad enough trying to control the skin outbreaks which is a never ending battle but now the Psoriatic arthritis became a hidden internal hell also. My hands and knuckles burn so bad while trying to use the strength in my hands. Have not started arthritis medication due to the constant monitoring of my liver and kidneys that will be required, still too young for that crap- holding out as long as I can. You can see the outbreaks in the nails, like the rings of a tree. All the females in my family have psoriasis -grandmother, mother, daughter & granddaughter.

Yeah I thought it would go away after a while, but it's like constant reoccurring agony. They put me on prednisone but it raised my blood sugar levels so high that I ended up being diagnosed as diabetic.

I’m very interested in this message and in this subject because I do believe that I know 100% the cause of the psoriasis in my family and have stopped it from happening in the fourth generation of people in my family who have had it. I am not a doctor I have no medical background however this disease has stopped in my nine-year-old son and I know the reason why it has stopped. I would be thrilled to be part of a study and be able to solve this problem for so many people. Again I am 100% positive that I know the reason that it was happening to my son and now it does not happen anymore. He was the fourth generation at least that I know of to begin to have psoriasis outbreaks at the age of nine.

Hello, are you saying this only for Psoriasis or for Psoriasis Calcification? Can you heal Psoriasis Calcification as well? I don't understand what you are talking about. Is it Psoriasis or Psoriasis Calcification?

Here as I'm getting more tests for this condition. We've hopefully caught it early and can prevent long term damage but I'm lucky to live with people who saw the signs in me. Can't fault my rheumatology Dr who actually took into account family history with arthritis and the fact it flares and goez to remission as I documented. I hope to learn more about the condition in case I need to explain it at a hospital or to a new Dr.

There needs to be a way that somebody who has it figured out (and who has solved the issue in their specific case ) can have a public forum in order to address what they know on the subject , show the proof, and actually be heard so that the condition can be cured for good in the people who have beginning psoriasis outbreaks which then leads to other maladies further down the road. This psoriasis and other issues which are chronic such as canker sores which can be horrific ( I suffered horribly with them my entire life from 6 years to mid 30’s 5&6 dime sized ulcers all over The inside of my mouth monthly as a child. Could not open my mouth horrific pain, burning , unable to talk , misery in school etc etc and no doctor could help me. So awful I could never describe it. My sister - chronic psoriasis and arthritis from the age of 15- has lost both shoulder joints both knees in her 40’s& 50’s. My father crippled both knees both shoulders hands majorly deformed, ‘ gout ‘ , psoriasis badly all over him his entire life , my other sister irritable bowel , a cousin with celiac , a daughter also celiac , several other cousins bowel issues . MY SON? 9 years old with monthly outbreaks which the doctors thought maybe allergic to nitrates or sulfides whatever they thought they were WRONG. I figured it out and the outbreaks stopped now everyone else’s conditions make sense . Too late though for them … and what do I get ? Argument from the medical community no Matter who I try to tell only ARGUMENTS. Anyway my son is now 15; has not had an outbreak for going on 4 years now. Starting at 9 they had been monthly on his elbows and knees just like my fathers was. The thing is that psoriasis will likely reduce your lifespan by ten years on average because of the other issues which happen later down the road and I know it’s true because I have seen it firsthand in my family. My son is cured and now my only wish is I could get a medical conference going where I share my proof. Otherwise my hands are tied and my comments keep getting deleted on every forum and blog even KZbin several times now. It’s fkn BIZARRE.
