@@ChangeGolfInstruction What difference does looking at the back of the ball longer give anyone? I still haven’t hit the ball, thrown it etc. so I just don’t get the fascination to be quite honest.

@@PaulPGR Yeah, I understand your skepticism. But the science is pretty compelling. The reason it has an effect is that being able to focus on a spot (at the back of the ball) for a period of time is symptomatic of attentional control and focus. So it is more than just lookin at the back of the ball. But it is a pretty simple technique where there is nothing to lose by trying it.
