We need go be saying ‘is this THE OCD’ not ‘MY’ OCD. Calling it your own implies ownership and comfort within it, like a companion or some kind of part of us that we accept. Let’s not accept it, it is something you can change and get rid of, not something that is yours to keep.

The strange thing is, the people feeling like there is something wrong in their relationships, are usually right. But the OCD comes in trying to prevent that thing from playing out. lol
