With CPC also deliver lectures & updates on limitation Act Suit valuation court fee and General clauses Act . In that way minimum requirements could be achieved for civil site.

Madam ,If the number of defendants is large, then advertisement is given on behalf of the plaintiffs through court with the direction to defendants to appear in court for their defence otherwise case will be decided ex partee but the question is that if no one amongst the defendants get opportunity to read the newspapers as is prevelent in remotely located rural areas then is there any alternative option available with the court ie summons etc besides advertisement, for informing the defendants to appear in the court on such and such date ? May be explained please.
