In starting month of August i feel into suicidal depression although after taking antidepressants and vitamin b12 for a weak it got better and my depression was for no reason its scared me so much that I'm even scared of word suicide even now when I'm healing when sometime i have a thought what if i feel into suicidal depression again how will i handle it scares me I'm trying to overcome this fear i wish to be healed completely and i wish that time will make me even stronger that now...and your video made understand some of the things

i'm so sorry you have had those thoughts, and I'm glad you have decided to stay here. The world is a better place with you here. I'm impressed that you're "doing the work" to dive head on into the darkness and work on yourself. Many people shy away from looking inward.
