Taking specific seeds at a specific period of menstruation
If you have Regular cycles,
Phase 1- Pre Ovulatory/Follicular phase
1 table spoon each of
Flax seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Phase-2- Post Ovulatory /Luteal Phase
1 tablespoon each of
Sesame seeds
Sunflower seeds
If you have Irregular cycles/Post Menopausal
You can start on 1 st to 14 for Phase 1 & 15 th to 28 th for Phase 2 of every month or else
Consider First day at beginning of New Moon for Phase 1 and Beginning of Full moon as Phase 2
How to consume Seeds??
Raw
Should be always Grounded
Mix it with water/salads/Bread
Don’t worry if you take wrong seeds on the Wrong days, just ignore it continue as regularly as you used to take.
