Hey Samuel, I haven’t actually taken the CSA cert exam. I’ll likely take it before the end of the year as certifications are beginning to become important where I’m currently employed. Have you gotten yours?

@@ServiceNowSimple no I’m in a boot camp for ServiceNow at the moment .. I’ve been using your videos to help reinforce the material because they move so fast in class

What tool did you use to create this video.

I use a tool called ScreenFlow. I believe it's a Mac only application. I like it and would recommend!
