I remember a few years ago on the BBC a white woman (Kate Humble) went on a tour of the Middle East and she tried on a niqab and...cried.Like she actually cried tears and sobbed because she was that dramatic and wanted to make a political statement about the oppression of muslim women and the superiority of her own life and 'freedoms' and she felt she needed to have this complete breakdown.I had to laugh because it was completely forced It taught me how white liberal feminism misses so much of what it claims to care about. This lady was so polite and didnt have to politicise trying on the hijab which was an inoffensive bit of colourful fabric, harmless enough right...apparently not in the post 9/11 era.Not everything is about an agenda but hey people get brainwashed and don’t even realised how much prejudice they absorb.

Omar Ali Somali men and their obsession with a wrapped woman! Why should she keep it? Did she become a Muslim? Or shall I say Somali, because in most other communities including Arabs, there is a choice! Some women will wear it, some will not! The only community where there seems to be no choice is the Somali community. Such a shame because Somali women have lovely hair and long necks. I guess that's why insecure men like you encourage them to wrap up!

8:28 more goal oriented maybe because the costs of failure in the US are incredibly high. Here in the UK you can try, and try again till you succeed. Britain has a safety net, very low tuition fees in comparison and free healthcare, via taxation instead of insurance (US has a higher per person tax burden yet).
