Dear Sir, you have asked a very technical question, thank you for your precious comment. Bombay Industrial Relation Act applies to the areas of Bombay Industrial Dispute Act and the more interestingly THE MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971. applies to the areas of Bombay Industrial Relation Act , Though the provisions are obviously the provisions are different but the provision of MRTU and PULP Act will prevail and the provisions of MRTU and PULP Act is to be follows. And as far as the question of standing order goes, Chapter VII of Bombay Industrial Relation Act is to be follows.
