I remember Hypergenesis getting banned. Man, Suspend cards that can only be played by suspend can be OP

Wait... Does this work with Ranar's exile clause? Does this consider the card being exiled from your hand?

In theory, yes, that would work. The card does go straight from your hand into exile.

Does not answer if a card that can only be suspended like Mox Tantilite, or Profane Tutor is on top of your library and you have Bola's Citadel, or Mystic Forge, or Experimental Frenzy. Does the spell "just cast"? or does it go into suspend? or can you just not cast it?

How does suspend works with effects that comes already from exile? Like cascade, or other exile with possibility to play after that?

i don't know if this answers your question, but Prosper, Tome Bound gives you a treasure token when you play a card from exile. Once the last time counter is removed from a Suspend card Prosper sees a spell being played from exile and gives you a treasure token. But you cannot play a card from exile for it's Suspend cost. For Example, if you exile Profane Tutor with Prosper's end step trigger, it stays in exile as you cannot play it. But if you had put Profane Tutor into exile with the two time counters and it's cast this way from exile, Prosper gives you a treasure token. Hope this helps.
