Hey sorry if I’m late, basically whenever you attack with any creature, as long as the tenth doctor is on the field you can activate his ability allonsy, which allows you to exile cards until it is a non land card. Then put three time counters on it. When you do this, every time in your upkeep step reduce the counter by one. When it has no time counters on it, you can play the card without mana cost. Really good way to bring out high cost cards. His other ability which you pay 7 mana for allows you to reduce or extend the amount of time counters on all cards that have one by three. Hope this helps
