Sir Clive Woodward also has a concept called Teaming but his definition centres around a group of people consistently defining on and off limit behaviours, The England Rugby team used this over a period of 6 years to define acceptable behaviours, The players come up democratically with the behaviours but the coach has authority over accepting them. The group then police then deviance from the set paramters.
