I’ve been loving my Riley, I believe they’ve learned and overcame their old mistakes can’t speak on the older versions never had one but the newer are accurate, fun to shoot, dependable and affordable not sure what else ya could want out of a lead slinger

For anything within 200 yards it's awesome and very easy to make hits. It's about as handy as a little carbine can get in my opinion.

Riley does too. broke an extractor off bolt they were more than happy to take it back to fix. They just don’t brag about their customer service like PSA does. That’s not a flex and I dont get why these PSA fan boys continue to regurgitate it like it’s the greatest thing a company has ever done. If you know a company’s customer service, that means you came to know a problem with their product. And if thousands of PSA guys say “the customer service is the best” that means they had to have experience in dealing with them. When I buy a rifle, the last thing I want to do is send it back for repairs. I don’t care if they create a shipping label and send the firearm back with better imported parts, it just should’ve never been in The first place. Anyone know how good arsenals customer service is? Never needed to know!
