I just picked up a bottle of 1920 and have really been enjoying it. I don't consider myself a bourbon aficionado, just a fan (sort of like, "I may not know art, but I know what I like."), and I find I like the higher proof stuff as long as it has some flavor to go along with the smoke and fire.

Doing a blind tasting is always the best way to see what you actually prefer. Just keep in kind that your palate is always changing so results may vary. It helps to do multiple blinds over a period of time! Also, we got hooked on Suits too. Such a great show! #whiskeyrow #freeviski

Facts Facts Facts!!! 1920 is a banger!! I always get french toast, Creme Brule and that deep sweet caramel note. And that delayed heat punches through every time. I recommend this one to all my discerning scotch homies...Good Job guys...loyal subscriber for a while now.

Which Old Forester is best? Whichever one you're drinking at the time! All great bottles. 1920 is spectacular, but 1897 has that perfect, classic, traditional real Bourbon taste, probably the best most satisfying Bourbon I've had in years. 1910 is probably my least favorite. They are actually hard to find in my rural area, mostly because I have them all, and lots of them, all mine. I'm sipping Ezra Brooks SB cask strength store pick now, its right between 1897 and 1920, fantastic pour. Great no nonsense video!

Really interesting tasting. I bought the 3 bottle tester set with the 1910, 1897 and 1920 last Christmas. The 1910 I've enjoyed, but the 1897 and 1920 didn't do that much for me. I may have to go back again this weekend and try them again.

All old Forrester is the bomb. The 1920is one of the only 115 proof whiskeys to go down as smooth as butter. 1897 bottle in bond is my favorite but they’re all absolutely delicious.

I agree totally that 1920 is really good but the 1910 is incredible, but I have now found one that knocks 1910 down a peg.... Woodford Reserve double oaked hands down, tasty as hell and the cheapest of the bunch! My local liquor store has an Old Forester Redstone Barrel Proof Single Barrel @134 proof for about $91 out the door...one of these days!!!! 🥃Cheers
