Thank you guys for helping out the public with these videos. What do you do in order to know your debt has been completely resolved where another JDB doesn't end up with your debt again??

Just be sure to get everything in writing. If any junk debt buyers come after you in the future, you'll have documentation proving that the debt has been resolved.

We filed an answer using Solo suit, and they never responded, now we got a letter in the mail the other day with papers saying motion for summary judgment and one saying summary judgment granted. They came from a lawyer but no date filed or date to respond by. Not sure what we have to do next

It might be a good idea to call the court clerk to figure out if the motion for summary judgment was granted or if there is a court date for the judge to consider the motion and make a decision. This will give you an idea of what action to take next.
