Fruits that we consider vegetables are considered so because they’re used as vegetables in the culinary world, I mean, carrots, celery, bell peppers, and cucumbers can all be used in the same salad, and it’s not a fruit salad despite cucumbers and bell peppers being fruit! Our definition depends on whether we use the food for sweet things or savoury things!
