The most important feature I need to know about is if these newer George Foreman grills use durable CERAMIC coatings and not teflon or other ‎PTFE coatings, which put carcinogens into the food cooked on them! Non-stick is great! But what kind of non-stick coating? Must be ‎PTFE Free! Carcinogens are not great!
